Processing Time
All orders are made and prepared with intention. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery estimates depend on your location:

• USA: 4–10 business days
• International: Varies by country
Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking to activate.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather conditions, but we will always support you if you need help locating a package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly. We’ll assist however we can, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are confirmed delivered.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

• Unwashed
• In their original condition
If these conditions aren’t met, the return cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping
